Inc. is an IT company established in February 2006 aimed to provide both government and private clients with a holistic approach in addressing its requirements for HR and IT. It is our vision to provide the best HR solution to empower HR and allow organizations to leverage on technologies and achieve effective and efficient operations. Our PeopleCore HR Information System has evolved into a flexible and comprehensive web-based enterprise HRIS that earned the confidence and favor of clients. Part of Cycore’s competitive edge is our complete HR solution which includes the HR information system, biometric-based attendance system, and HR consultancy. PeopleCore HRIS is integrated with powerful components including workflow management, content management, document management, and online self-service management system for paperless transactions.

As early as 2003, Cycore began as a group of Systems Development Specialists, IT Consultants, and HR Practitioners specializing in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) development and implementation. The planning was in progress for expansion along with the development of additional products and services which were implemented in various Government and Private companies throughout 2004 and 2005.

Officially in February 2006, the business started as a partnership, under the name of Cycore Technology Solutions Co. Inc. In trying to keep up with the mounting number of business opportunities and growing clientele, Cycore Technology Solutions Co. Inc. was then formed as a corporation in June of 2008. Apart from HR Systems Development and Consulting, Cycore expanded its staff to include specialists in a wide array of services including Applications Development, Implementation, and Maintenance, Project Management, Knowledge Management (including Enterprise Information Portal and Content Management), Information Strategic System Plan (ISSP), Staff Deployment, and Data Build-Up.

Cycore’s product line now includes PeopleCore (“Proprietary” Enterprise Human Resource Information System), Timekeeping Devices (Biometrics and PC-Based Time Keeping Solutions), LGU Systems (including Real Property Tax Collection System and Business Permit System), Geographical Information System (GIS), and SIMS (“Proprietary” School Information Management System).
